Job summary

Baker Tilly is seeking a Salesforce Engineering Lead to drive client projects with hands-on development and QA integration. You will work with architects, consultants and stakeholders to turn requirements into scalable, well-tested Salesforce-based solutions.

Required: 3+ years of Salesforce development, Dev 201 certificate, and experience with AWS, GCP or Azure, Heroku, MongoDB, Firebase, MuleSoft and Marketing Cloud. Travel as needed; strong communication and analytical skills essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
Certified Salesforce Platform Developer (Dev 201) required.
Minimum 3 years experience in Salesforce development, with prior consulting experience desired.
Experience with AWS, GCP and/or Azure platforms, Heroku, MongoDB, and/or Google Firebase products.
Demonstrated analytical capabilities with extreme attention to detail.
Desire to learn new systems and technical solutions.

Responsibilities

Design, develop and maintain Salesforce development across client projects.
Integrate QA throughout the SDLC and automate checks to ensure quality.
Collaborate with project teams to develop effective strategies and test plans.
Communicate with clients to identify core issues and provide status updates on open tickets.
Plan and coordinate time estimates and priorities with engineering leadership.
