Job summary
Motion Recruitment Partners seeks a Senior Salesforce Engineering Consultant to own architectural direction in a mature Salesforce environment, spanning Service and Sales Cloud. You will mentor developers, guide the team through critical moments, and leverage Einstein/AI capabilities for advanced solutions.
The role is hybrid 2x per week in Lake Forest, IL, offers a high degree of autonomy, and includes a path toward senior technical leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent practical experience.
- 4+ years of implementation experience across the full software development lifecycle.
- Hands-on Salesforce Service Cloud and Salesforce development experience.
- Strong data modeling, interface design, and testing practices for Salesforce.
- Experience with API development (SOAP/REST) and modern integration patterns.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and own enterprise Salesforce solutions across Service and Sales Cloud.
- Mentor developers and guide team through high‑pressure moments.
- Shape architecture and set technical direction for a mature Salesforce environment.
- Build CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce deployments using SalesforceDX.
