Job summary

Kestra Financial seeks a Senior Salesforce Developer to design, build, and optimize scalable Salesforce solutions. You will work with architects and product owners to deliver high-quality features across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and FSC, combining declarative configuration with coding in Apex and LWC.

Lead integrations, data migrations, and DevOps practices in a collaborative, Agile team. You will mentor junior developers, stay current with Salesforce releases, and contribute to AI-driven

Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience in enterprise environments.
• Strong skills in Apex, LWC, Flows, and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Proven experience with declarative configuration and customization.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and test automation.
• Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud; Financial Services Cloud preferred.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I required; Platform Developer II or higher certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality, reusable code using Apex, LWC, and Flows.
• Configure Salesforce declarative features, including page layouts, record types, validation rules, custom metadata, and automation tools.
• Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems via REST/SOAP APIs.
• Support Salesforce DevOps pipelines, including Git, CI/CD, and automated testing.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and admins.
