Job summary

Kestra Financial is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to design, build, and optimize scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and FSC. You will collaborate with architects, product owners, and cross-functional teams to deliver high‑quality, secure features while guiding junior developers.

You’ll own both declarative configurations and code, implement integrations via REST/SOAP APIs, and support DevOps pipelines and data migrations.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience in enterprise environments.
• Strong skills in Apex, LWC, Flows, and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Proven experience with declarative configuration and customization.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and test automation.
• Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud; Financial Services Cloud preferred.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I required; Administrator required; PII and governance awareness.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality, reusable code using Apex, LWC, and Flows.
• Configure declarative Salesforce features (page layouts, record types, validation rules).
• Implement complex business logic with declarative and programmatic approaches.
• Collaborate with Architects to ensure designs meet scalability and security standards.
• Translate requirements into technical deliverables with Product Owners.
• Build and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools.
• Execute data migrations and transformations using Data Loader or similar tools.
• Support DevOps pipelines, including Git, CI/CD, and automated tests.
• Perform peer code reviews and enforce coding standards.
• Monitor performance, security, and platform scalability; ensure governance compliance.
• Provide technical guidance to junior developers and admins; mentor the team.
• Identify opportunities for AI-driven features and workflow automation.
