Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of customized Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other Salesforce development tools
• Configure Salesforce to meet complex business requirements, including building custom fields, workflows, and reports
• Develop integrations between Salesforce and other systems using REST and SOAP APIs
• Manage the deployment process and ensure the quality of the solution
• Provide ongoing support to end users, including troubleshooting issues and providing timely resolution
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop a comprehensive understanding of business needs
• Stay up-to-date with new Salesforce features and technologies and make recommendations for process improvements
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance and leadership to the team

Qualifications

• Significant experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other Salesforce development tools
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform engineering, including custom fields, workflows, and reports
• Experience with Salesforce APIs, including REST and SOAP
• Experience managing complex Salesforce projects from requirements gathering to deployment
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders
• Salesforce Developer certification (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II) is preferred but not mandatory
• Participate in code reviews, contribute to CI/CD pipeline improvements, and maintain high standards of code quality and performance
