Job Description:

Insight Global is looking for a QA engineer to sit remotely in the US. This individual will be focused on manual QA within Salesforce PSA. They will be working closely with the product managers and product owners to complete Salesforce PSA manual testing. This person will be working cross functionally in the business, working with stakeholders, various developers, and get very engrained with the team.

Must haves:

• Bachelors degree in computer science or engineering
• 5-8 years of manual and automation QA experience
• Experience working with Salesforce and an understanding of how PSA works.
• Strong communication

Plusses:

• E-Commerce background
• Experience with Provar automation tool

Responsibilities:

• Review requirements, specifications, and user stories to provide feedback and create test cases
• Identify, report, and track defects using bug tracking tools
• Perform root cause analysis and collaborate with developers to resolve issues
• Monitor and report on test results, coverage, and metrics

Compensation:

$45/hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
