RevOps Careers seeks an experienced Salesforce Developer to lead system configuration for a Treasury Management project. You will join a focused team of 3-4 contractors under a Product Manager and Lead Advanced Salesforce Administrator.

Responsibilities include designing new Salesforce workflows, configuring automation with Flow Builder, security management, and end-to-end technical ownership across Richmond, VA, McLean, VA, and NYC on-site. Apex, Lightning, and integration work are expected.

Qualifications

• Active Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification.
• Experience with Visual Studio Code.
• Familiarity with Jira, Git, and Git repositories.
• Familiarity with AWS integrations and APIs in Salesforce.
• Experience in Treasury Management operations or financial services.

Responsabilités

• Design, configure, and implement a brand-new Salesforce workflow to support Treasury Management issues.
• Actively participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and collaborate with the Product Manager and Admins to deliver value.
• Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions using Flow Builder, custom objects, fields, and page layouts.
• Take full ownership of end-to-end technical implementation for assigned deliverables.
• Manage user setups, roles, profiles, permissions, and sharing rules for security and compliance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders as the technical product expert alongside the Lead Admin.
• Create and refine dashboards and reports for Treasury Management metrics and SLAs.
