Job summary

Pyramid Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Salesforce Consultant for an on-site Richmond, VA contract role. The candidate will design, configure, and implement Salesforce workflows to support Treasury Management processes and participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies.

You will own the technical implementation, manage user setups, roles, and sharing rules, and build dashboards and reports. Active Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification and experience with Visual Studio Code, Jira, and Git are

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
• Experience building and configuring Salesforce processes and automations from the ground up.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum.
• Excellent relationship-building skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Active Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification.
• Experience with Visual Studio Code.
• Familiarity with Jira, Git Repositories.
• Understanding of AWS integrations and APIs within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Treasury Management operations or financial services experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and implement a new Salesforce workflow to support Treasury Management processes.
• Actively participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, collaborating with team members to deliver iterative value.
• Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions using best practices for automation, custom objects, and workflows.
• Take full ownership of the technical implementation process for your project deliverables.
• Manage user setups, roles, profiles, permissions, and sharing rules to ensure data security and compliance.
• Serve as the technical product expert, establishing credibility with business partners and stakeholders.
• Create and refine dashboards and reports for tracking Treasury Management metrics and service SLAs.
