ICF is seeking a Salesforce Developer in the United States to join a mission-driven team. You will design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions, build Lightning Components, write secure Apex, and collaborate with product and UX teams.

Candidates should have 5+ years of Salesforce development, a Bachelor's degree, and experience with Copado, REST APIs, and Agile/SAFe practices. The role requires US work authorization and a focus on quality, performance, and maintainability.

Responsabilidades

• Participating in the full application life cycle: architecture, design, development, testing and deployment
• Writing, testing, and deploying high-performance, reusable, and reliable Apex code
• Creating and customizing Lightning Components to enhance the user interface
• Designing data models and implementing Salesforce objects, including custom objects, fields, and relationships
• Performance engineering Salesforce applications using code optimization techniques, modular development, lazy loading, query analysis and optimization, caching solutions, and asynchronous workflows
• Contributing to options analyses, proof-of-concept implementations, and validations for proposed solutions
• Identifying risks, managing change, and designing cloud solutions that are efficient and scalable
• Gathering technical requirements and translating user stories to technical delivery
• Working with designers and engineers to implement product, front-end, and back-end requirements
• Assisting users with troubleshooting and resolving platform problems
• Participating in Agile processes including standups, demos, retrospectives, and sprint planning
• Documenting development processes and designs for maintainability
• Staying up-to-date on Salesforce trends, releases, and product roadmaps
• Setting and enforcing Salesforce best practices and coding standards
• Implementing mature unit and integration testing
• Leading cross-team collaborations and knowledge sharing
• Leading automation-first initiatives within Salesforce using Apex scripts and Robotic Process Automation
• Strong analytical ability and problem-solving
• Staying current with new features and updates
• Other duties as assigned
