Job summary

Medallia is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to own and modernize systems supporting go-to-market teams across Sales Cloud, CPQ, and integrations. This hybrid role involves Flow, Apex, and data analysis, with a focus on scalable, AI-assisted capabilities and governance.

You will collaborate with Revenue Ops, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and administrators to deliver maintainable solutions. Ideal candidates bring enterprise experience, certification, and a track record of delivering end-to-end

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience supporting Salesforce in an enterprise environment.
• Salesforce Certified Administrator certification.
• Hands-on experience with designing, developing, and integrating within Sales Cloud.
• Experience building REST/SOAP integrations and managing data models at scale.
• Experience with source-driven development practices and DevOps tools.
• Proficiency in English (written and verbal).
• Ability to work independently in inherited environments with good documentation.

Responsibilities

• Own Salesforce work from discovery through release: clarify the problem, propose a design, estimate the work, build or configure the solution, test, document, and support it after launch.
• Develop and maintain solutions using Flow, Apex, LWC, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs; choose declarative or code-based approaches as appropriate.
• Modernize inherited automation and custom code; simplify complex flows and integrations without breaking business processes.
• Support CPQ, product pricing logic, approvals, amendments, renewals, and related integrations with finance systems.
• Build and support Salesforce integrations with internal or third-party apps using REST or SOAP APIs.
