Job summary

Follett Software is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to join our Global Sales Operations team. You will design, build, and optimize Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and CPQ, partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver scalable platforms for our EdTech SaaS business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 4+ years of Salesforce development experience with Apex, LWC, SOQL, SOSL, Flows, and best practices.
• Experience designing, developing, testing, and deploying Salesforce solutions that are scalable and maintainable.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations, deployments, and DevOps tools (Copado, Gearset, Salesforce DX).

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Flow, Visualforce as needed, and SOQL/SOSL.
• Configure and maintain standard and custom objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, and flows.
• Design integrations between Salesforce and external systems via REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.
• Ensure security settings, governance, and change management are followed; document solutions clearly.
• Write unit tests and support deployments and release management.
