Job summary

Lever, Inc. seeks a Salesforce Developer based in Spain to lead development for Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Finance. You will build Apex, Lightning Web Components, and integrations, own releases, data quality, and platform administration in a remote‑first, globally distributed environment.

You’ll translate business needs into scalable technical solutions and explore AI capabilities, LLMs, and MCP integrations to improve CRM workflows while collaborating across time zones and teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional Salesforce development experience, lead or sole developer in a B2B SaaS Sales Cloud setup.
• Strong hands‑on expertise in Apex, triggers, bulkification, asynchronous Apex, and test classes; practical LWC experience.
• Solid knowledge of SOQL/SOSL, Salesforce data model and security; know when to use Flow vs. code.
• Experience integrating and troubleshooting third‑party systems via APIs; familiarity with CI/CD tooling.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, and Lightning Web Components for custom apps and dashboards.
• Design revenue‑focused automations: lead routing, opportunities, forecasting, renewals, and value tracking.
• Own integrations between Salesforce and third‑party platforms (sales engagement, marketing automation, finance, etc.).
• Manage API integrations, work with vendors to resolve sync issues, ensure data quality and performance.
• Maintain code quality, test coverage, and sandbox‑to‑production releases; document technical work.
