Job summary

Flourish & Thrive Labs is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer with governmental public health experience to lead Salesforce implementations for health departments nationwide.

You'll mentor developers, shape technical direction, and deliver scalable, user-centered public health solutions on the PH360 platform.This role emphasizes collaboration across architects, analysts, and QA in a fast-paced, impact-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• 1-3 years working for a governmental public health agency.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required (II preferred).
• Experience in Agile or SAFe environments.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Track record mentoring or guiding less experienced developers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flow.
• Lead technical discussions and contribute to solution design alongside architects.
• Mentor junior developers through pair programming, code reviews, and guidance.
• Bring your public health perspective to technical decisions and design conversations.
• Write clean, well-documented code that sets team standards.
• Identify and resolve complex technical challenges.
• Collaborate with QA to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Help translate public health requirements into scalable technical implementations.
