Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- 1–3 years working for a governmental public health agency (local, state, tribal, or federal).
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required (II preferred).
- Experience in Agile or SAFe environments.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Mentoring or guiding less experienced developers.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, LWC, and Flow.
- Lead technical discussions and contribute to solution design.
- Mentor junior developers through pair programming and code reviews.
- Advocate for public health perspectives in technical decisions.
- Write clean, well-documented, testable code.
- Collaborate with QA to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Translate public health requirements into scalable technical implementations.
- Contribute to code reviews with constructive feedback.
