Motion Recruitment is seeking a Senior Salesforce Administrator Developer for a Massachusetts public-sector organization. The contract runs through June 2027 with the option to renew annually, and requires onsite presence one day per week in Everett, MA.

You will design, build, and modernize Salesforce solutions leveraging OmniStudio, Apex, LWC, and integrations within a large-scale platform. The role spans development, configuration, solution design, and architecture while collaborating with

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• 4+ years of hands-on OmniStudio experience.
• Strong Apex development experience.
• Advanced Lightning Web Components (LWC) development.
• Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud.
• Experience building Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and asynchronous technologies.
• Experience migrating Salesforce Classic to Lightning.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture, scalability, and development best practices.
• Experience with Salesforce CLI/SFDX, CI/CD, and Git-based version control.
• Knowledge of WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards.
• Ability to turn business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Strong communication skills and experience working with technical and business stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Design and develop scalable Salesforce solutions for enterprise initiatives.
• Build and enhance solutions using OmniStudio, Apex, and LWC.
• Develop and support integrations with external applications and systems.
• Contribute to Salesforce architecture and platform modernization efforts.
• Review existing and vendor-developed solutions and recommend improvement.
