Responsibilities

• Design, develop, customize, and support Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, triggers, and batch Apex.
• Develop applications using the Lightning Framework, Lightning Components, Lightning Events, and Salesforce Lightning Design System.
• Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and external applications using REST, SOAP, Bulk, and Streaming APIs.
• Work with MuleSoft, third-party integration tools, and ETL processes for Salesforce integrations.
• Perform technical analysis, solution design, development, testing, implementation, and ongoing support.
• Support cross-system integrations within the Salesforce ecosystem and with external applications.
• Develop solutions on the Salesforce.com / Force.com platform, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, Web Services, and APIs.
• Work with cross-functional Scrum teams to maintain and enhance Salesforce Service Cloud applications through iterative release cycles.
• Support CI/CD pipelines, continuous integration, automation, and deployment processes.
• Contribute to the design, automation, deployment, and support of scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide ongoing production support.
