Morningstar is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to lead the technical development work within the Corporate Salesforce environment in Chicago. You will mentor junior developers, review Apex code, and partner with the product owner, program manager, and architect to deliver robust, scalable solutions.

You will design end-to-end Salesforce initiatives, assess feasibility for new features, and ensure secure, maintainable deployments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years technical Salesforce experience.
• Experience leading a small dev squad.
• Salesforce certifications are a plus (Platform Developer 1/2).
• Experience with CI/CD tools and third‑party integrations.
