Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce technical developer to lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable and high-performance Salesforce solutions. This role is responsible for providing architectural guidance across all Salesforce products, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and custom applications built on the Salesforce Platform.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive expertise in Salesforce architecture, integration patterns, data modeling, and system design, enabling effective alignment of Salesforce capabilities with business objectives. Collaboration with business stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and third-party partners is essential to ensure the optimization of the Salesforce platform for performance, security, and scalability.

This role demands significant technical acumen and the ability to mentor and guide development teams towards excellence.

Primary Duties

1. Work directly with the project team and business. Responsible for tracking the enterprise portfolio and driving project teams in shaping consistent architecture across the Salesforce platform.
2. Manage the design, development, and implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions across various clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud) and custom applications. Define, document, and create roadmaps for current and future states, and resolve technical issues in areas of ownership.
3. Mentor development teams, provide technical support and quality assurance throughout all project stages, and address technical challenges. Define and document architectural designs, build plans, release strategies, and technical specifications to ensure standards and governance are met.
4. Manage integrations with upstream and downstream systems and third-party services, ensuring compliance with data governance policies during implementation.

Minimum Qualifications

• 6+ years of Salesforce Developer/Architect experience
• Salesforce Admin, Sr. Admin, Developer, Platform, Application Architect certifications (Preferred)

• Manage planning, evaluation, and selection of tech solutions, tools, and integration methods

• Experience with database design, middleware, and user interface development

• Experience with custom development concepts such as flows, Apex, triggers, and web services
• Proficiency in Apex, VisualForce, Lightning Components, Force.com IDE, SFDC APIs, SOSL, SOQL, SOAP/REST web services, XML, JSON, CSS, JavaScript
• Experience with development frameworks like Lightning Component Framework, Salesforce Lightning Design System, jQuery, or similar
• Proficient in Salesforce tools, DevOps practices, and modern development frameworks
