Job summary

Fuze Health is seeking a dedicated Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and implement robust Salesforce solutions with a focus on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. You will integrate with external systems, maintain data integrity, and participate in all SDLC phases to deliver scalable, secure health-tech software.

The role requires 3+ years hands-on Salesforce experience, strong Apex/Visualforce/LWC/JavaScript skills, and Salesforce certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3+ years hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer.
• Proven experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and JavaScript.
• Knowledge of AWS platform development is preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce declarative tools.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and sharing settings.
• Experience with Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP) and integration patterns.
• Familiarity with version control (GitHub) and CI/CD pipelines. DevOps Center.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is required; Platform Developer II is a plus.
• Salesforce Administrator and Platform Developer certifications.
• Experience with other Salesforce clouds (Health Cloud, Experience Cloud).
• Knowledge of front-end web technologies (HTML, CSS).
• Experience with testing frameworks and methodologies within Salesforce.
• Familiarity with Mulesoft.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Flow.
• Implement and maintain declarative customizations such as custom objects, fields, validation rules, Flows and Apex
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using various integration tools and APIs - REST, SOAP, Batch jobs
• Perform data migrations and ensure data integrity within the Salesforce platform.
• Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including system design, development, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing ongoing support and maintenance for the Salesforce platform.
• Stay up-to-date with new Salesforce features and functionalities, recommending and implementing improvements.
• Work effectively in an Agile/Scrum environment, participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
