Job summary

Fuze Health Inc. is seeking a dedicated Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions. You will work across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and integrations with external systems, following best practices and security guidelines.

The role emphasizes agile collaboration and continuous improvement within a healthcare tech context. Ideal candidates have 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience, strong Apex/LWC/JavaScript skills, and relevant Salesforce

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Minimum 3+ years hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Proficiency with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Strong Apex, Visualforce, LWC and JavaScript skills.
• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and APIs.
• Familiarity with GitHub, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is required; II is a plus.
• Salesforce Administrator and Platform Developer certifications preferred.
• Experience with Health/Experience Cloud and Mulesoft is a plus.
• Knowledge of Salesforce data model, security model, and sharing settings.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions (Apex, Visualforce, LWC, Flow).
• Implement declarative customizations: objects, fields, validations, Flows, Apex.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems via REST, SOAP, and batch jobs.
• Perform data migrations and ensure data integrity within Salesforce.
• Contribute across all SDLC phases: design, development, testing, deployment, support.
• Adhere to Salesforce best practices, security guidelines and coding standards.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing Salesforce support and maintenance.
• Stay updated on Salesforce features; propose and implement improvements.
• Work in an Agile/Scrum environment with sprint planning and stand-ups.
