Job summary
Monogram Health is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to support Salesforce HealthCloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud in a healthcare environment. The role collaborates with IT and business teams to implement scalable solutions and ensure data integrity across platforms.
The candidate will own development cycles, optimize code, and drive best practices for security and HIPAA compliance while delivering high-quality user interfaces and integrations.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of Salesforce development experience with HealthCloud/Service Cloud.
- Experience with Apex, LWC, Visualforce and data integration.
- Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and translate requirements.
Responsibilities
- Facilitates collaboration with Salesforce Administrators and Developers to validate requirements and review designs.
- Develop/Review Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components to support business needs.
- Build Custom UIs including Visualforce pages, Lightning pages, Aura Components, and Lightning Web Components.
- Integrations: Use Salesforce APIs to connect with other systems in the organization.
- Follow Salesforce best practices, document code, and write test classes.
- Own project development release cycles and deploy changes across environments.
