UCLA Health is seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Architect/Developer to design, develop, and deliver Salesforce solutions that enhance the experience of patients, prospective patients, providers, and staff across the health system.

The ideal candidate will have deep Salesforce expertise across Service Cloud, Health Cloud, Experience Cloud and Data Cloud, with a proven healthcare implementations background; this flexible hybrid role requires on-site presence quarterly and occasional

Qualifications

Experience building Salesforce solutions in healthcare environments.
Expertise with Service Cloud, Health Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Data Cloud.
Ability to translate business needs into scalable, secure Salesforce solutions.
Proficient in Apex development and declarative tools.
Strong knowledge of HL7, FHIR, DICOM standards.
Willing to travel for client meetings as needed.
