Job summary

Cherokee Federal is seeking a Salesforce QA Tester to support the Agentforce initiative for a U.S. federal client. You will develop and execute comprehensive test plans, validate declarative configuration and custom development, and test integrations and Agentforce agents across Agile releases.

Ideal candidates have hands-on Salesforce QA experience, exposure to AI/agent-based testing, Jira/Azure DevOps familiarity, and the ability to work in a regulated environment. U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/Math/Engineering with 4+ years QA/testing experience (6+ years may substitute for education).
• QA/testing in an Agile environment with test planning, case development, and defect management.
• Hands-on Salesforce QA, including declarative config and Flow.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations (MuleSoft, REST/SOAP).
• Proficient with Jira or Azure DevOps and test-management tools.
• U.S. Citizenship is required and pre-employment Cherokee Federal qualifications must be met.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and execute test plans, cases, and scripts across Salesforce config and integration work.
• Coordinate with government leads to clarify acceptance criteria and release timing.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, UAT testing across sprints and releases.
• Validate declarative configuration, automation, Flow, approvals, and Lightning components.
