The Evolvers Group in Texas is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to design, build, and optimize Salesforce solutions. You will work with Apex, LWC, integrations, data management, and security to translate business needs into scalable apps.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, administrators, architects, and developers across the lifecycle, contribute to CI/CD, testing, and deployment, and ensure quality through unit tests and code reviews.

Competenze

• 5+ years of professional Salesforce development experience.
• Hands-on development experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, triggers, and Salesforce APIs.
• Experience with Salesforce declarative development, including Flows and platform configuration.
• Experience developing and supporting REST and/or SOAP integrations.
• Strong understanding of the Salesforce data model, security model, sharing architecture, and governor limits.
• Experience with Salesforce development, testing, debugging, and deployment processes.
• Experience working with source control and CI/CD tools such as Git, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Copado, Gearset, or similar tools.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work directly with business stakeholders to clarify requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
• Salesforce certifications and enterprise experience preferred.
