This role requires collaboration with DevOps and other teams to develop Apex classes, Lightning Web Components, and technical documentation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with Jira.
• 6+ years of experience with Salesforce Service Cloud.
• 4+ years of experience with Copado.
• 6+ years of experience developing Salesforce solutions using Apex classes and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

Responsibilities

• Develop Apex classes and triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC) to extend Salesforce and support business requirements.
• Apply a configuration‑first approach.
• Write unit tests and collaborate with DevOps to debug and remediate issues.
• Contribute to technical documentation.
• Document user story acceptance criteria and design changes for defects and new user stories.
