Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development and administration.
• Advanced proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, and Flows.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and integration tools (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi).
• Familiar with DevOps, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Salesforce Platform Developer II certification required; additional certs are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of custom Salesforce applications, using declarative and code-based approaches.
• Design scalable solutions aligned with business goals and Salesforce best practices.
• Leverage AI-powered Salesforce tools to enhance UX and insights.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate to technical specs.
• Manage integrations between Salesforce and external systems via APIs and middleware.
• Oversee code reviews, testing, deployment, and release management processes.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance within Salesforce environment.
• Stay current with Salesforce updates and AI capabilities to drive improvement.
