Job summary

Recruiterthon LLC seeks a Lead Salesforce Developer to join our client in Dallas, TX. The role targets senior or lead developers with strong Apex, LWC, Flows, and integration experience in Salesforce ecosystems.

You will design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions, drive CI/CD practices, and collaborate closely with architects, product owners, and business stakeholders to deliver high-value outcomes. Expertise with AI integrations and Agentforce is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Salesforce development experience
• Expertise in Apex, LWC, Flows, and Platform development
• Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
• Experience building enterprise-grade integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Informatica)
• Experience with DevOps/CI/CD tools (Copado, Gearset, GitHub, GitLab, Azure DevOps)
• Agile/Scrum development environment familiarity

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce apps using Apex, LWC, Flows, and Platform Events.
• Collaborate with architects, product owners, and analysts to deliver solutions aligned to business objectives.
• Develop custom Salesforce components, integrations, and automation using best practices.
• Participate in design discussions and contribute to architecture decisions for complex requirements.
• Perform code reviews ensuring standards, security, and design patterns.
• Develop and maintain integrations with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.
• Support data migration, data quality, and synchronization across Salesforce and external platforms.
• Troubleshoot production issues and optimize performance and scalability.
• Work in Agile/Scrum teams and contribute to CI/CD and DevOps practices
