Job summary

Cloud SynApps in Virginia, US is seeking experienced Salesforce Developers with 6+ years to support enterprise-level Salesforce implementations, focusing on Public Sector Solutions (PSS), Service Cloud, and Sales Cloud. You will work in a fast-paced Agile environment, building Apex classes, LWC/Aura components, and integrating systems via REST/SOAP APIs.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• MUST: Salesforce Certifications PD1, PD2.
• Public Sector Solutions (PSS) and Service Cloud experience preferred.
• Sales Cloud experience highly preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Apex, LWC, Aura, SOQL/SOSL, and Flows.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations via REST/SOAP APIs.
• Knowledge of Salesforce security model, profiles, roles, permission sets.
• Experience on US Federal/Government projects preferred.
• Public Trust Clearance is required or eligible to obtain it.
• Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II or Administrator.

The ideal candidates will have hands‑on development experience in Salesforce technologies and the ability to work in a fast‑paced Agile environment.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

• Design, develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce applications and solutions.
• Work extensively on Salesforce Public Sector Solutions (PSS), and Service Cloud implementations. Sales Cloud experience is a plus.
• Develop and enhance Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and Flows.
• Build and support integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to work on requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, stand‑ups, and retrospectives.
• Perform unit testing, code reviews, deployment activities, and production support.
• Ensure solutions adhere to Salesforce best practices, security standards, and Federal compliance requirements.
