Job summary

LWCC is seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer in Baton Rouge to design, develop, and implement sophisticated Salesforce solutions. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders, architecting apps, and guiding junior developers to ensure high-quality shipments.

You will work with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components, manage data migrations and integrations, and build reports and dashboards while staying current with Salesforce best practices and security.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and II) are highly desirable.
• Over 8 years of proven experience as a Salesforce Developer with a strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and components.
• Proficiency in Declarative and Programmatic platforms, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, and SOSL.
• Extensive experience with Salesforce integrations, including REST and SOAP APIs, and third-party applications.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce security, sharing, and data management practices.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with version control systems and CI/CD tools is a plus.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is an advantage.

Responsibilities
