Job summary

Value Innovation Labs is seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to join a large-scale enterprise implementation in Nashville, TN. The role focuses on designing and delivering scalable Salesforce solutions across Health Cloud, Service Cloud, Field Service, and Marketing Cloud.

You will work with Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Aura Components, and Lightning Pages, and drive integrations via Salesforce APIs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• Experience with Health Cloud, Service Cloud, Field Service & Marketing Cloud.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification.
• Healthcare integrations such as HL7/FHIR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance scalable Salesforce solutions across Health Cloud, Service Cloud, Field Service, and Marketing Cloud.
• Develop using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Aura Components, and Lightning Pages.
• Build and maintain integrations using Salesforce APIs with enterprise applications.
• Optimize SOQL, governor limits, batch processing, and platform performance.
• Implement secure and scalable solutions following Salesforce and healthcare best practices.
• Manage release planning, CI/CD pipelines, environment management, and deployments.
• Maintain automated testing using Provar, Selenium, and Apex testing frameworks.
• Mentor junior developers and conduct peer code reviews.
