Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional Salesforce Development experience.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and Aura Components.
• Experience with Health Cloud, Service Cloud, Field Service, and/or Marketing Cloud.
• Strong knowledge of SOQL, Salesforce APIs, bulkification, and governor limits.
• Experience with Salesforce DevOps and CI/CD tools such as Git, Jenkins/GitLab CI, Copado, Gearset, AutoRABIT, or Azure DevOps.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security and scalable development practices.
• Healthcare industry experience is highly preferred.
• Experience with HL7/FHIR integrations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and enterprise applications using Salesforce APIs.
• Build scalable solutions while optimizing SOQL, governor limits, bulk processing, and overall platform performance.
• Work closely with Salesforce Administrators, business stakeholders, and technical teams to translate requirements into effective solutions.
• Support CI/CD pipelines, release planning, environment management, and Salesforce deployments.
• Develop and maintain automated testing using Apex test frameworks, Provar, Selenium, or similar tools.
• Follow Salesforce security, development, and healthcare best practices.
• Perform code reviews and provide technical guidance to junior developers.

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer with 5+ years of hands‑on experience to design, develop, and enhance scalable Salesforce solutions for an enterprise healthcare environment.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Salesforce development, including Apex, LWC, integrations, Salesforce DevOps, and experience working with Health Cloud and other Salesforce clouds.
