Job Title: Salesforce Platform Developer II

Location: Nashville, Tennessee(Hybrid)

Job Type: Contract W2

Candidate must be certified and Local

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Expert proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL/SOSL, integrations, and Salesforce APIs.

Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, security models, and governor limits.

Experience with development patterns specific to Public Sector Solutions, Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, and Sales Cloud.

Ability to guide and evaluate development work across multiple teams and Salesforce orgs.

Advanced problem-solving and diagnostic skills for complex technical issues.

Working knowledge of Agile methodologies, CI/CD processes, version control, and DevOps practices.

Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.

Ability to collaborate effectively with agency teams, internal partners, and vendor developers.

Experience and Education

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum of five years of professional Salesforce development experience is required.

Public sector or multi-org Salesforce experience is preferred.

Salesforce Platform Developer II certification is required or must be obtained within the established timeframe.
