Responsibilities and Requirements:

1. Must have Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud experience.
2. Leadership skills; able to understand work through deployments and comprehend DevOps processes.
3. Lead a scrum team of developers, working closely with product owners, BSAs, and other tech leads.
4. Experience with Salesforce Cloud migration to Financial Services Cloud and layering on top of Sales Cloud.
5. Conduct peer reviews, deploy code, and establish coding standards.
6. Mentor junior developers.
7. Engage in design work, peer reviews, with less hands-on development.
8. Experience with offshore teams is a plus.
9. Onshore team includes 3 tech leads; open to candidates in Columbus and Minneapolis.
10. Core CRM platform: Salesforce, with interactions in call centers.
11. Salesforce certifications preferred: Administrator, Platform Developer (1 & 2), Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant.
12. Highly preferred: Salesforce Financial Services Cloud experience.
13. Experience with Salesforce managed package evaluation, deployment, and upgrades.
14. Familiarity with Salesforce CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Copado, Gearset, etc.).
15. Additional Salesforce products like MuleSoft and Marketing Cloud are a plus.
