Job summary

EPAM Systems Inc. is seeking a Salesforce Data Cloud (D360) Tech Lead to join our project team and support the solutioning, implementation and optimization of customer data solutions.

This role will be instrumental in translating the architectural foundation established by the architects into a scalable, production-ready solution. The Tech Lead will provide technical leadership across the implementation lifecycle, ensuring best practices, quality standards and successful delivery.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience delivering at least one complex Salesforce D360 implementation into a production environment.
• Understanding of Customer 360, Data Models, Data Streams, Identity Resolution, and Calculated Insights.
• Knowledge of Data Models, Data Streams, and Data Lake Objects, including external ingestion patterns.
• Experience with activation and data federation across platforms without duplicating data.
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud activation is a plus.
• Clear communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement D360 solutions to enable unified customer profiles from ingestion through activation.
• Configure and manage Data Streams, Data Models, Identity Resolution Rules, and Calculated Insights.
• Design and troubleshoot ingestion, harmonization, and transformation pipelines across data sources.
• Implement Zero Copy Data Federation with platforms such as Databricks and Snowflake.
• Provide technical leadership and oversight to the team, including code reviews and best practices.
• Collaborate with client, architects, and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
• Monitor Data Cloud credit consumption and advise on cost-efficient architecture.
• Support data privacy, consent requirements, and data subject rights processes.
