Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking a Salesforce Data Cloud (D360) Tech Lead to guide the design, implementation and optimization of customer data solutions. You will translate architectural foundations into scalable, production-ready outcomes and provide technical leadership across the lifecycle.

Qualifications

1+ years delivering complex Salesforce D360 into production.
Understanding of Customer 360 concepts, data models and data streams.
Knowledge of data lake objects, external ingestion patterns, and Zero Copy Data Federation.

Responsibilities

Design and implement D360 solutions to enable unified Customer 360 from ingestion to activation.
Configure and manage Data Streams, Data Models, Identity Resolution Rules, and Calculated Insights.
Design and troubleshoot data ingestion, harmonization, and transformation pipelines across native and external sources (e.g., SAP via SFTP/API).
Implement Zero Copy Data Federation with platforms such as Databricks and Snowflake.
Provide technical leadership, guidance and oversight to the team and clients.
