Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Technical Leader to drive complex Salesforce architecture and delivery for Sales Cloud and Service Cloud programs. You will advise clients on architecture, data models, integrations, and enterprise design, guiding delivery teams through design, build, test and deployment.

A successful candidate will have 10+ years of Salesforce consulting experience, CTA certification, and strong leadership, communication, and mentoring skills. Travel up to 50% is expected.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of consulting and Salesforce implementation experience delivering Sales Cloud and Service Cloud programs for Life Sciences or other industries.
• Salesforce licensing models, enterprise integrations with MuleSoft or other middleware, and data migrations into Salesforce.
• Experience building and reviewing Salesforce solutions using LWC, Aura, JavaScript, and Apex.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to travel up to 50% on average depending on client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex Salesforce architecture and delivery efforts aligned to business goals and outcomes.
• Advise clients on architecture, integration approaches, and implementation strategies for Sales/Service Cloud.
• Oversee design decisions across data models, integrations, and enterprise architecture.
• Support business development through proposals, solutioning and client presentations.
• Mentor practitioners and contribute to practice growth through internal initiatives.
