Job summary

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in consulting and Salesforce implementation, holds a CTA, and is willing to travel up to 50%; familiarity with Lightning Web Components, Aura, JavaScript, and Apex is required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of consulting and Salesforce implementation experience delivering Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
• CTA certification
• Experience with Salesforce data modeling across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Industry Clouds
• Experience with licensing models, enterprise integrations, and data migrations to Salesforce
• Experience building Salesforce solutions using LWC, Aura, JavaScript, and Apex
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent
• Ability to travel up to 50% on average
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on Salesforce architecture, platform capabilities, integration approaches, and implementation strategies for Sales Cloud and Service Cloud programs.
• Lead solution design decisions across Salesforce data models, customization approaches, integrations, and architecture.
• Oversee delivery teams through planning, design, build, test, and deployment activities for large-scale Salesforce implementations.
• Support business development through proposals, solutioning discussions, and client presentations.
• Mentor practitioners, support recruiting and staffing, and contribute to practice growth through internal initiatives.
