Job summary

JPMorgan Chase seeks an experienced software engineering and analytics professional to lead CRMA/Tableau analytics solutions, integrate with Salesforce, and guide AI-enabled development practices at scale.

You will design dashboards, data models, and data pipelines, partnering with product owners and data engineers to drive performance and governance. A strong Salesforce background is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Salesforce development and/or analytics experience, hands‑on with CRMA/Tableau CRM or Tableau
• Strong experience designing and optimizing CRMA/Tableau dashboards, datasets, dataflows/recipes, and security predicates
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce data model (Sales/Service Cloud) and analytics‑ready data structures
• Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, and Salesforce configuration to support analytics use cases
• Experience embedding CRMA/Tableau components into Salesforce Lightning UI and apps
• Experience with connectivity and integrations (REST APIs, data transfers, OAuth2) into CRMA/Tableau and Salesforce
• Experience with AI/ML SDLC, including design, testing, release and maintenance
• Ability to translate business requirements into data models, dashboards, and KPIs
• Experience leading the use of AI-assisted development tools with governance and validation

Responsibilities

• Executes end-to-end software and analytics solutions for CRMA/Tableau CRM and Tableau
• Designs and develops secure production code, data pipelines, dashboards, and datasets
• Produces architecture artifacts for analytics and AI-driven apps with performance and security in mind
• Develops advanced visualizations from large data sets to improve business processes and insights
• Drives governance of AI-assisted engineering practices and measurement standards
• Implements integrity and security patterns and promotes reuse of automation
• Translates requirements into technical specs, data models, and dashboards
• Mentors junior engineers and fosters an inclusive team culture
• Collaborates with product owners and data engineers to deliver analytics solutions
