Job summary

You will mentor developers, partner with product owners, data engineers, and stakeholders, and help drive AI-enabled analytics, governance, and high-quality production code.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Salesforce development and analytics experience.
• Proven ability to design CRMA/Tableau dashboards and data transformations.
• Strong Apex, SOQL, and Salesforce configuration skills.
• Experience with LWC and embedding dashboards in Salesforce.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, OAuth2, and data integration patterns.
• Experience leading AI/ML SDLC initiatives.
• Ability to translate business requirements into analytics solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop end-to-end Salesforce CRM Analytics and Tableau solutions.
• Design secure, scalable production code and data pipelines.
• Create architecture artifacts for analytics and AI-driven apps.
• Build dashboards and reports from large data sets.
• Champion AI-assisted engineering practices and code reviews.
• Collaborate with product owners and data engineers.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to engineering best practices.
