Job summary

Azurity Pharmaceuticals seeks a Senior CRM Salesforce Developer to design, implement, and optimize Salesforce solutions tailored to pharmaceutical needs. You will lead development for Commercial sales, Marketing, and Medical affairs, ensuring scalable, compliant, and high-performing CRM systems.

The role requires deep expertise in Life Sciences Cloud, Health Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Veeva CRM, with a strong focus on HIPAA/GDPR compliance and data governance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Salesforce experience with focus on LWC development, CRM design, and integrations.
• Hands-on in Sales Cloud, Data Cloud, CRMA, Health Cloud, Lifesciences Cloud.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with IQVIA, Snowflake, Customer master.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Salesforce solutions for commercial sales, marketing, and medical affairs teams.
• Ensure scalability, performance, and security of the Salesforce platform per best practices.
• Define data models, integrations, workflows, and automation strategies.
• Customize multi-cloud Salesforce solutions including Sales Cloud, Life Sciences Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud.
• Design and implement solutions for HCP/HCO engagement, field force automation, KOL management, and compliance reporting.
• Oversee customization of Salesforce objects, Lightning components, Flows, and Process Builder; knowledge of Vlocity and Omnistudio stack.
• Develop and optimize territory management, consent tracking, and omnichannel engagement strategies.
• Define integrations with IQVIA, Snowflake, iRep platforms; ensure data flow across analytics and marketing automation.
• Establish data governance, security, and compliance with HIPAA, GDPR, FDA.
