Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Senior Manager to join the Technical Transformation team in the US. You will lead transformation initiatives across business areas, drive process improvements, and deliver maps, workplans, and executive briefings. This role requires deep Lead-to-Cash expertise and strong client engagement.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage multiple workstreams, and ensure delivery excellence in a fast-paced environment. Travel up to 50% is expected.

Qualifications

• Ten+ years' consulting and/or Lead-to-Cash implementation experience.
• Ten+ years' experience managing at least three large-scale full-life cycle implementations of Lead-to-Cash (CPQ/CLM/Billing) solutions.
• Salesforce CPQ Certification.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Ability to travel up to 50% on average.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Responsibilities

• Support transformation initiatives from assessment through implementation across business and functional areas.
• Analyze current-state processes, identify improvement opportunities, and document future-state recommendations.
• Develop project deliverables such as workplans, process maps, status updates, and executive presentations.
• Coordinate across client and project teams to track decisions, risks, dependencies, and action items.
• Conduct data analysis and stakeholder interviews to support recommendations and implementation planning.
