Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Consultant, Transformation to drive functional transformation for Lead-to-Cash initiatives across multiple client engagements in the United States. You will assess, design, and implement improvements, delivering workplans, process maps, and executive briefings to support decisions.

The role requires strong communication, independent work ability, and a track record of managing complex projects in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• Two+ years' consulting experience and/or Lead-to-Cash implementation experience.
• Two+ years' experience managing at least three large-scale full-life cycle Lead-to-Cash implementations, including ownership of functional and technical solutions.
• Salesforce CPQ Certified
• Bachelor's degree
• Ability to travel up to 50% on average, based on client work
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available

Responsibilities

• Support transformation initiatives from assessment through implementation across business and functional areas.
• Analyze current-state processes, identify improvement opportunities, and document future-state recommendations.
• Develop project deliverables such as workplans, process maps, status updates, and executive presentations.
• Coordinate across client and project teams to track decisions, risks, dependencies, and action items.
• Conduct data analysis and stakeholder interviews to support recommendations and implementation planning
