Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Salesforce CPQ, Manager, Functional Transformation to drive Lead-To-Cash, CPQ, and related transformations for major clients. You will manage teams, designs, and client engagement, shaping scope, design, and delivery across systems and business processes.

Eight+ years in consulting or industry, strong CPQ expertise, and travel up to 50% are expected. A Bachelor's degree is required; advanced degrees and BD experience are a plus.

Qualifications

• Eight or more years in consulting or industry.
• Six+ years leading Lead-To-Cash (CPQ/CLM/Billing) deployments in multiple CPQ platforms.
• Experience with Lead-To-Cash lifecycle (Lead to Revenue).
• Willingness to travel up to 50% on average.
• Possible immigration sponsorship; BS/BA required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee IT product choices, cost-benefit analysis, and client plans.
• Mentor staff, contribute to sales activities, and develop eminence.
