Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Salesforce Senior Consultant, Technical Transformation to drive complex transformation programs for clients across industries. You will deliver requirements, design future-state processes, and contribute to workshops and deliverables.

You have 4+ years in business transformation, experience with Lightning (Aura/LWC), and hands-on Cloud expertise across Sales, Service, and Community Clouds. Travel about 50% is expected.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience delivering business transformation, operating model, process improvement, or tech projects.
• 4+ years gathering business requirements and turning findings into documented recommendations.
• 2+ years of experience with Lightning (Aura and LWC).

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of transformation initiatives across operating model, process, technology, and org change.
• Gather, document, and analyze business requirements, current-state processes, and future-state recommendations.
• Develop client deliverables including status updates, workplans, and executive decks.
• Coordinate with client stakeholders and project teams to track milestones, risks, and actions.
• Contribute to workshops, assessments, and implementation activities.
