Requirements include 7 years in Salesforce design/development, active Salesforce certifications, and multiple Cloud domain experiences (Sales, Service, Experience, Government).

Responsibilities

• Serve as a Salesforce design and development resource following Agile SDLC
• Integrate Salesforce with other systems used by Minnesota Housing
• Create and maintain automated workflows and process builders to streamline business processes
• Collaborate with Business Analysts to gather and analyze requirements
• Define scope, timelines, deliverables with Project Manager and create detailed project plans
• Coordinate with Enterprise Architect, Business Analysts, and QA to develop test cases and perform UAT
