Job summary

HonorVet Technologies in Saint Paul, MN seeks an experienced Salesforce design and development resource for a 9+ month contract. The role is hybrid—50% onsite in St. Paul—and will follow Agile SDLC to deliver Salesforce solutions.

You will integrate Salesforce with other systems, build automated workflows, collaborate with BAs and PMs, and ensure tests and documentation are prepared. Requires strong Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Government Cloud experience.

Qualifications

• 7 years of experience in Salesforce design and development.
• Active Salesforce certifications: Application Architect, Platform Developer, Platform Agentforce Specialist, Platform Administrator II.
• Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Government Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a Salesforce design and development resource using Agile methodologies.
• Develop Salesforce solutions to meet agency needs.
• Integrate Salesforce with other systems used by Client.
• Create and maintain automated workflows and process builders.
• Work with Business Analysts to gather and analyze requirements.
• Collaborate with Project Manager to define scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with Enterprise Architect, BA, and QA to develop test cases and perform UAT.
• Manage change requests with PM to document and approve scope changes.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation.
• Provide knowledge transfer.

• Develop Salesforce solutions to meet agency needs.
• Integrate Salesforce with other systems used by Client.

• Work closely with Business Analysts to gather and analyze requirements.
• Collaborate with the Project Manager to define scope, timelines, deliverables, and assist with creating detailed project plans.
• Coordinate with the Enterprise Architect, Business Analysts, and QA to develop test cases and perform user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate Salesforce solutions meet the defined requirements.
• Work with the Project Manager to manage change requests, ensuring that any changes to the project scope or requirements are documented, assessed, and approved.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation.
• Provide knowledge transfer.
