Job summary

You will work within an Agile framework, integrating Salesforce with other enterprise systems and building automated workflows. The role requires 7+ years of Salesforce design and development, multiple Salesforce certifications, and hands-on experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Government

Qualifications

• 7+ years’ experience in Salesforce design and development.
• Active Salesforce certifications: Salesforce Certified Application Architect, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, Salesforce Certified Platform Agentforce Specialist, Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator II.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a Salesforce design and development resource using Agile software development lifecycle methodologies.
• Develop Salesforce solutions to meet agency needs.
• Integrate Salesforce with other systems used by Client.
• Create and maintain automated workflows and process builders to streamline business processes and improve efficiency.
• Work closely with Business Analysts to gather and analyze requirements.
• Collaborate with the Project Manager to define scope, timelines, deliverables, and assist with creating detailed project plans.
• Coordinate with the Enterprise Architect, Business Analysts, and QA to develop test cases and perform UAT.
• Work with the Project Manager to manage change requests, ensuring that any changes are documented, assessed, and approved.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation.
• Provide knowledge transfer.
