Performix is seeking a Salesforce design and development resource to work within an Agile SDLC framework. The role involves integrating Salesforce with Minnesota Housing systems, creating automated workflows, and collaborating with analysts, PMs, and QA to ensure delivery of high-quality solutions.

Requirements include 7 years in Salesforce design/development, active Salesforce certifications, and multiple Cloud domain experiences (Sales, Service, Experience, Government).

Job description

Serve as a Salesforce design and development resource using Agile software development lifecycle methodologies.

Integrate Salesforce with other systems used by Minnesota Housing.

Create and maintain automated workflows and process builders to streamline business processes and improve efficiency.

Work closely with Business Analysts to gather and analyze requirements.

Collaborate with the Project Manager to define scope, timelines, deliverables, and assist with creating detailed project plans.

Coordinate with the Enterprise Architect, Business Analysts, and QA to develop test cases and perform user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate Salesforce solutions meet the defined requirements.

Work with the Project Manager to manage change requests, ensuring that any changes to the project scope or requirements are documented, assessed, and approved.

Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation.

This project delivers updated tools to reflect changes to the RFP process, scoring criteria, and evaluation. There are 27 unique deliverables that require review and potential updates annually, built across Salesforce, MS Access, MS Excel, and Pentaho.
