Job summary

MiniMed is seeking an Engineering Technical Lead to drive the technical vision for our Salesforce eCommerce platform. You will split your time between hands-on coding (about 40%) and guiding architecture, standards, and mentoring engineers to scale our system.

You will shape technical strategy across Salesforce Commerce Cloud, lead deployment pipelines, and collaborate with product managers to translate business needs into robust, secure solutions.

Qualifications

Requires a Bachelor's degree and minimum 7 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud / B2B/B2C Commerce, Apex, LWC, integrations, and APIs.
Hands-on coding experience and strong web engineering skills.

Responsibilities

Define the broader technical design, core development frameworks, and deployment standards across Salesforce Commerce ecosystem.
Write production-ready code and refactor critical systems as needed.
Mentor developers and enforce engineering standards.
Collaborate with product managers and business analysts to translate requirements into technical specs.
