Job summary

Wolverine World Wide, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Salesforce Commerce Cloud Developer to join our team. You will design, build, and maintain integrations across ERP, CRM, and e-commerce platforms, focusing on SFCC customization and PWA initiatives.

You will mentor junior developers, lead a small team, and collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure solutions in a remote environment. Strong communication and Agile experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or related field.
• 7+ years of full-stack development, integrating systems and e-commerce.
• 5+ years with Salesforce Commerce Cloud, including customizations and extensions.
• Experience as SFCC Architect/Lead focused on PWA/Legacy Demandware.
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AJAX.
• Experience with REST APIs and SQL/NoSQL databases.
• ELK stack, CI/CD (Jenkins or GitHub Actions), and version control.
• Familiar with ORM; SSIS is a plus.
• Experience with Agile environments and SaaS eCommerce.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrations between ERP, CRM, and e‑commerce systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into solutions.
• Work with Salesforce Commerce Cloud to build and maintain capabilities.
• Design and implement SFCC customizations and extensions.
• Ensure code is clean, documented, maintainable, and scalable.
• Troubleshoot issues and mentor junior developers.
• Provide technical lead experience coordinating a small team.
• Address technical issues and keep stakeholders informed.
• Participate in team methods to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Write efficient code for products used by millions of users.
• Engage with business units to align development efforts.
• Identify weaknesses and high-risk areas in software.
• Uphold company AAP/EEO goals and policies.
